Bambelo's Returns Policy
You can return a lead via the return link in the lead request, which you received by email or appeared directly in your system. The link is valid for 7 days from the moment you received the leads in your mailbox or system. When you click on the link, you will be directed to a page where you can indicate why the lead is incorrect. Please try to describe clearly and comprehensively why the lead is incorrect. If you receive leads via CSV or XML/SFTP, you can discuss with your Happiness Manager how to return the leads.
