You can return a lead via the return link in the lead request. You have received this by mail or it has been shot directly into your system. The link is valid for 7 days, from the moment you receive the leads in your mailbox or system. If you click on the link, you will be taken to a page where you can indicate why the lead is incorrect. Try to describe here as clearly and completely as possible why the lead is wrong. If you receive the leads via CSV or XML/SFTP, you can discuss with your Happiness Manager how you can return the leads.
