How do I see a return request on the invoice?

If you receive the specification, you will clearly see whether a return has been processed or is still open (pending)

If you have returned a lead, it will be handled by the Bambelo Consumer Team. If the return has not been processed before the first day of the month, this request will be visible on the invoice and will be charged. This is therefore not yet processed as a return on the invoice. If the return request is subsequently approved, you will see this on the next invoice as a credit amount. If the return request was processed in the same month, you will already see it on the invoice for that month.
