Bambelo's Returns Policy
When you send back a lead, it is handled by the Bambelo Consumer Team. If the return is not processed before the first day of the month, it will appear on the invoice and be charged, but it won't be marked as processed on the invoice. If the return request is then approved, you will see it as a credit amount on the next invoice. If the return request is processed within the same month, you will see it on that month's invoice. The invoice details will clearly show whether a return has been processed or is still pending (being processed).
