When can I not return a lead?

If a request is incorrect, you can certainly return it. We aim to ensure you don't pay for faulty leads. Below is our returns policy, outlining clearly when you can and cannot return a lead.

Valid reasons for return:
  • The number is not in use.
  • The phone number belongs to someone else.
  • The lead has come in duplicate through Bambelo.
  • The request falls under the wrong category.
  • There is an error from the consumer, or the consumer wants to withdraw the request.
  • The request concerns the wrong product type.

Invalid reasons for return:
  • It's difficult to reach the consumer by phone.
  • The consumer has chosen another provider.
  • The consumer wants to receive a quote via email.
  • The consumer asks for a price estimate or information (there must be an intention to carry out the task).
  • The lead is already known through another channel.
